Audio Installation and Consulting, 24-Hour Maintenance and Repair

Q: How many years of experience do you have?

A: Livewire Entertainment has been in business since 1999, and since then we've built and grown our business to meet our high standards of quality and excellence in everything we do.  All of our staff are professionally trained to reinforce our reputation for excellence.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We cover all of MN, ND, IA, SD and ND.

Q: How long will it take you to get to my location? We're in a crisis!

A: Our 24-Hour Maintenance and Repair services are based out of Moorhead, MN. We only travel by ground, so a search for driving directions on Google Maps would be a good estimate.

Q: Can you fix it?

A: We'll do our best! We carry a large quantity of wiring and audio adapting supplies with us at all times, so chances are that even if we can't fix it on-the-spot, we might be able to patch things up so that the system is operable while we order the correct parts and work with it further.

Q: What do you install (fix)?

A: While we work primarily with audio systems, professional or residential, we are also well-versed in the operation, installation and repair of video, video projection and stage lighting systems. We cover indoor and outdoor systems.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. We carry a $1 million liability policy covering damage to property and individuals.

Q: Are you licensed?

A: No. Though we have experience and knowledge in the field of electrical and communication wiring systems, we do not indepedently carry a Power Limited Technician (PLT) license in the State of Minnesota. We subcontract with electrical contractors to verify our work and therefore are in compliance with all State standards.

Q: May we call references?

A: Absolutely. Contact us for current references.
