In February 1997, Doctors Greg and Nancy Klepetka opened Klepetka Chiropractic Clinic at their current location: 418 3rd Avenue East, Alexandria, Minnesota. In 2004, the clinic was renamed Integrated Health Center to better describe their purpose and services. Today, the clinic provides chiropractic and orthopaedic services as well as physical therapy and massage therapy.
The owners of Integrated Health Center, Dr.'s Greg and Nancy Klepetka, strive to provide an exceptional healing experience. Their mission: Integrated Health Center is here to provide the best healthcare possible to our clients, improving the lives of people in our community and enriching the human experience for everyone involved.

In 2006 IHC was honored by the Alexandria Area Business and Professional Women’s organization as the Small Employer of the Year.
In 2008, Dr. Nancy Klepetka was also honored by AABPW as the Woman of the Year.
